License

License

The theme’s code is yours to use under the terms of your purchase. The fonts, photography, video and libraries it ships with are third-party: check that each one covers the way you intend to use it, and replace anything that does not. LICENSE.md in the theme root has the full terms.

Theme code

The templates, components, scripts and stylesheets are licensed to you for your own projects, under the terms of the marketplace you bought the theme from.

Fonts

Three families are bundled with the theme and served from your own domain. Each one is governed by its own license, and bundling a font inside a theme you redistribute is a narrower permission than using it on a site. The Open Font License text ships beside the Montserrat and Ballet files.

Montserrat (SIL Open Font License 1.1): https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Montserrat
Ballet (SIL Open Font License 1.1): https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Ballet
Beautique Display Condensed (the designer's own terms, to be checked before you launch or redistribute): https://fontesk.com/beautique-display-typeface

Images and video

The demo photography and video are placeholders: stock from Freepik, licensed to the original designer of this template, not to you. Replace them with your own before you launch, and do not pass them on.

Freepik (terms depend on the plan the files were obtained under): https://www.freepik.com/legal/terms-of-use

Libraries

The theme is built on open-source tools, installed from npm when you run npm install. Each keeps its own license.

Tailwind CSS (MIT): https://tailwindcss.com
GSAP (GSAP standard license): https://gsap.com/licensing/
